The apartment is at the first row of houses on the beach and consists of two bedrooms, one of which has a double-bed, a two-seater couch, a closet and a safe. The second room is equipped with two single beds, an office, an air-conditioner and a closet. The kitchen and the living room are one room, consisting of a couch, a dining table, an air-conditioner and a television. There is, also, a big bathroom with a shower and the rest of hygiene items, as well as a washing machine and two yards, one in front of the sea and the other in the back. It is suitable for 4 persons.

On the upper floor has two rooms, one of which has a king-sized bed, a closet, an air-conditioner, a boudoir furniture with a mirror, and a porch to the sea and the road. The other room has two single beds and a 16sqm porch to the sea with 2 bamboo sun-lounges and a table. There is an inner wooden staircase with safety doors installed, which leads to the living room. On the first floor, there is the living room with the kitchen, having a three-seater and a two-seater couch, a china cabinet and two porches, the one of which is headed to the road and the other is 16sqm with a sea view and a bamboo dining table. The house is suitable for 4 persons.

The other room has a double bed, a big built-in closet, nightstands and a porch oriented to the yard and the street. The third room has two single beds, nightstands and a porch headed also on the street and the yard. The bathroom has a shower and all the rest of hygiene items, as well as a washing machine. There is an inner marble staircase with safety doors installed, which connects the floors. On the first floor, there is the kitchen and the living room, with a dinner table for 6, a three-seater and a two-seater couch, a big office table, a television on its furniture and two porches, one headed to the street and the other is of 16sqm with a view at the sea with a dining table. On this floor there is, also, one WC. The house is suitable for 6 persons.
